MISSION
Association for creative learning “MAK” was founded with the aim of making creative learning available to every individual in our society in various aspects of life.
VISION
Society of equal and equal opportunities and social inclusion of children with developmental disabilities.
Association for creative learning “MAK” was founded in 2019 on the initiative of a group of parents of children with developmental disabilities for the purpose of helping them, developing their potential and equal inclusion in all segments of life. Members of the Association are very active in the prevention and fight against discrimination based on health and social status. For this purpose, numerous round tables and meetings were organized with all relevant participants, especially with competent ministries and local communities. Through our work, we contributed to changes in public policies and the rights of children with developmental disabilities, and influenced the change in the awareness of the entire public about our problems through numerous media appearances.
We are particularly committed to the implementation of projects for children with developmental disabilities. Since 2021, we have launched the Sensory Integration Treatment project in Sarajevo and today we have two Centers for Sensory Integration in Canton, in Vogošća and the municipality of Novi Grad, where over 70 children come for regular treatments and assessments.
